What is a Transaction Coordinator (TC)?

A TC manages all of the administrative task and paperwork that come with a real estate transaction. TC's communicate on behalf of the agent to all parties involved (agents, buyers/sellers, title, lender and inspectors) to ensure a successful closing. TC's have systems in place to track and manage contract deadlines and contingencies.

What is your service fee?

TC's get paid at closing just like agents. Prices vary depending on the service you need. Contact me to discuss more.

What if the deal cancels?

We do not charge a cancellation fee. We have both lost time and hard work with that transaction, but that comes with real estate. We only get paid when you do. 

How are payments made?

Agents will be invoiced the day of closing and invoices should be paid within 72 hours or there will be a 10% late fee on the next invoice.
