Hey there! I’m Simone, a licensed Transaction Coordinator.

I first entered the real estate industry in 2016 working with County Government and servicing clients with housing needs. It was then that I realized I had a passion for helping others. I received my license in 2018 and while I enjoyed showing homes, meeting new people and creating lasting impressions, I realized that my true skill and enjoyment came from the administrative side. I still get the chance to help buyers and sellers while also helping agents excel and meet their sales goals and give them more time to grow their business or do what they love to do.

I am also a Master Sergeant in the Air National Guard and have been serving for 13 years and counting. I believe my organization and attention to detail comes from that.

While I am not working with agents, you can probably catch me at a basketball game with my husband and two wonderful children!
